Hi Rao,
This application is primarily a framework which provides the backend plumming for managing users, groups and their permissions to access resources.
As far as I know the only thing like this is OSUser from OpenSymphony.
At this time there are no open source applications that I know of using JGUM. The apps I've used it with are corporate intranet applications.
